Yes! All your workout history, achievements, and nutrition data will sync seamlessly between the web app and iOS app.
The app uses your iPhone's front camera and on-device pose detection to track your body in real time. As you complete each rep, the AI detects the movement pattern and increments the count automatically. Form feedback runs on the same system — if your technique drifts, the app flags it as it happens.
Camera processing happens entirely on your device. Video frames never leave your phone — only the resulting workout stats (rep count, form score) are stored in your account. Apple's privacy framework is enforced on every camera access.
The iOS app will support iPhone 8 and newer running iOS 15+. We're also exploring Apple Watch support for future updates.
We're focused on iOS first, but an Android version is on our roadmap. In the meantime, Android users can use our web app at fitnitapp.com.
